RESERVATION
All our tours work under pre-payment requirements, however reservations don’t require in advance payment (*)
To process your reservation request we just require the following information of all travelers:


- Full name as shown on passport
- Nationality
- Passport number
- Date of birth
- Type of accommodation (double twin bedded room, single room, triple or double matrimonial room)
- Meal restrictions


As soon as you provided us with the requested information we will start working on your reservations.


* Does not apply for reservations made less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival / Does not apply for flight reservations / Does not apply for Inca Trail reservations.

 

PAYMENT
Once all your reservations are confirmed we will require a 50% deposit for Land services in order to secure your reservations. Balance should be paid 25 days prior to your arrival.
Flight fare should be paid in full at the time of reservation.


PAYMENT METHODS

- Credit Card: We accept Amex, Mastercard & Visa. All credit card payments are processed on our secure online platform eliminating the need for you to share your credit card information.
- Wire Transfer


 

 

CANCELLATIONS
- 15 days prior to passengers’ arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged. ? Less than 15 days, cancellation fees may be charged, according to specific supplier requirements.
- Flights cancelations fee will apply according to airline’s policy and fare
